RIA Group was born from a simple but rare belief: that homeowners deserve to be told the truth — even when the truth is harder to hear than what they want.
Founded in 2004 under the name RAP Construction Group, our team spent over 20 years building luxury homes and delivering high-end renovations across Los Angeles County — serving some of the most discerning homeowners in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Calabasas, and the surrounding hillside communities where quality is non-negotiable and every detail is scrutinized.
Over those two decades, we built something more valuable than a portfolio of completed projects. We built a reputation — for honesty, for craftsmanship, and for the kind of partnership that makes clients call us back for every project they have.

Roni founded what would become RIA Group in 2004 — starting as RAP Construction Group and spending nearly two decades building luxury homes and delivering high-end renovations across Los Angeles County's most prestigious neighborhoods. Beverly Hills. Bel-Air. Calabasas. Communities where standards are uncompromising and clients expect nothing less than exceptional.
What shaped Roni's approach to construction wasn't the luxury addresses — it was the lessons. Learning to problem-solve under pressure. Learning to communicate clearly with clients through the complicated parts of a build. Learning that the fastest way to earn trust is to tell the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.
When the time came to evolve, the choice of Orange County was never purely strategic. Roni lives here. He chose this community deliberately — and with that comes a level of personal investment in the quality of every project that no business plan can manufacture.
