The custom wood beam installation transforms what could have been a standard vaulted ceiling into a defining architectural statement — dark stained beams against crisp white, running the full length of the open-plan space and tying the kitchen, dining, and living areas together under one dramatic canopy. Every beam was custom specified, placed, and finished to the homeowner's exact vision.

The kitchen is the heart of this project. White shaker cabinetry with black hardware pairs with a warm natural wood island — large enough to seat four comfortably — topped in white quartz that keeps the space feeling clean and bright. The signature detail is the backsplash: a hand-painted Talavera-inspired patterned tile that runs full height behind the range, framed by a custom wood range hood. It's the kind of detail that makes the kitchen feel entirely unique to this home and no other.
